The name Indian Blanket Coneflower comes from the name given this flower by Lewis and Clark during their expedition through the Louisiana Territory, 1804-1806. Photograph post-processed with a digital cartoon effect.

I have been taking high-quality landscape, street, and abstract photographs since the 1970's when I purchased my first 35mm SLR camera. In 2000, my wife and I made a drastic move from Billings, Montana to North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
